Refund Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This policy explains when FlareClem issues wallet refunds, when it holds orders for review, and when refunds are not available.

1. 1. Wallet funding

Your wallet is credited only after Kora Pay confirms a successful payment of the exact amount.

If a payment is confirmed by Kora Pay but your wallet is not credited within a reasonable time, contact support with the payment reference. Never send card details, full card numbers or one-time passcodes.

Wallet funds are strictly for eligible FlareClem services and are not withdrawable as cash.

2. 2. Rejected services

If a provider confirms an order as rejected or cancelled, the wallet debit is automatically returned to your wallet as a refund transaction.

Refunds are issued to the wallet, not to the original card or bank account.

3. 3. Pending or uncertain orders

A delayed or unavailable result does not mean the order failed. Such orders may remain pending or under review until the provider returns a definitive status.

Do not resubmit the same order while the original is unresolved. Duplicate submissions create duplicate charges and are not refunded.

4. 4. Completed services

Completed services are non-refundable.

Credible reports of incorrect processing (wrong service, wrong result, provider error) will be reviewed case-by-case using the order reference and available evidence.

5. 5. Refunds to the original payment method

Refunds to the original payment method are only issued in exceptional cases at FlareClem's sole discretion, where payment method capability, applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction permit it.

6. 6. Identity verification and account suspension

If an account is suspended for fraud, identity misrepresentation, abuse or policy violation, any remaining wallet balance may be held or forfeited as required to resolve the matter and comply with applicable law.

7. 7. How to request a review

Open a ticket from your account with: the account email, the order or payment reference, the amount, the date, and a concise description of the issue.

Never include passwords, full card numbers or one-time passcodes. We may request additional non-sensitive evidence to investigate.

All dispute decisions are made through the support channel.

For account, payment or order questions, contact support through your FlareClem account. These documents apply subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
